You may have noticed that Gwyneth and I have a penchant for pink. (Was it our pink door that gave it away?)
So when e.l.f. Cosmetics asked us if we wanted try out some of their shades to find the perfect pink, we said yes immediately and have spent the better part of the last week applying and reapplying lipsticks, lip glosses, blushes and nail polishes.
When it comes to our favorite color, we don’t like to discriminate. So selecting “The Perfect Pink” was a true challenge! We decided the Essential Lipstick in Sociable is the perfect summer date night shade, the Studio Blush in Pink Passion goes head-to-head with the legendary NARS Orgasm (and it’s $25.00 less expensive!) and even though it’s a darker shade, the Passion Pink Nail Polish just won’t chip.
And those are just our runner ups. Here are the shades we’re calling The Perfect Pinks:
Because they’ll work for day and night & work and play, we’ve decided that the Mineral Lipstick in Pouty Petal, the Glitter Gloss in Twinkle Pink and the Studio Blush in Fuchsia Fusion are the perfect pinks for your lips and face.

We cheated here because we picked two colors - Essential Nail Polish in Flirty Fuchsia with Coral Dream as accents on the ring finger and thumb.

I have to say that gum pink or passion pink would be my nail colour picks for the summer. Their blackberry creme lip balm (Does that count as pink?) is my current fave though

By far my favorite product from e.l.f is the studio blush in pink passion, it’s so light and soft giving my skin such a natural look.

My favorite pink is the all over color stick in lilac petal. I love how it looks on my cheeks with my fair skin!
My very favorite Elf product, so far (I’m new to Elf but I love it!)is Essential Lipstick in Sociable….from just messing with it a little bit I find I can either not use it full strength and apply gloss over it and it looks great, or go full throttle with it. <3 Thanks for this opportunity!

I think my favorite pink elf product would have to be the pink passion blush. For lips it would be the Flirtatious lipstick from the essential line. I love the pink eye shadows in the spring pallets; I feel pink allows a woman to bring out the inner her.
