With all respect to the talented Taylor, the words “corset” and “gown” are slightly misleading. While the bodice does nip you in at the smallest part of your waist (love), this dreamy dress is breezy, comfortable and fits nothing like you’d imagine when you hear the word, “corset.” (love more.)

And as for “gown,” while it’s obviously perfect for a wedding or (a really good) date night, this dress scores high in the cost-per-wear category by doing double-duty for daytime too. Yesterday morning, Gwyneth and I shopped our closet to add a jacket and few casual accessories to make it work for work. Gwyneth suggested you’ve probably seen enough of my mug in this post already, so we’ll leave you with this board:

Gorgeous dress!! and I love to pair dresses like this with a jean vest!! Corset clothes can be an advantage I think for smaller chest girls. I feel that it stays better on when i have some sort of corset in a dress or top.
Yes, the jean vest was a recent discovery, but Gwyneth and I have been pairing with everything lately!!
