Wait a minute ….dress worn as a skirt….but your top looks so smooth. Is the top to the dress actually under the black and white top, or is it folded down or what? AND press-on nails for a week…OK, I am going to give them a try. I seem to remember them coming off and flying across the room in junior high and some guy walking up and saying, ” I, uh, found your, uh fingernail…..er, whatever.” I died.
Morning, JTC! Here’s the secret – the belt. I pulled the top down so it was smooth, then folded it under at the bottom so it hit where I wanted it to. Then the belt keeps it in place! Let us know what you think about the nails! I’ve tried them several times and never had a “flying across the room” incident (thank goodness)! Plus, they come with a few extras – I stash them in my purse just in case.

I always wondered how the dress worn as a skirt worked, I see it all the time on blogs. I am afraid the “fold under the belt solution” would add about 5″ to my waistline, though.
