Hi JTC! We are all set! We’ve moved all of the fridge / freezer into a massive cooler and dropped it off at our friends’ house in Soho. Gwyneth, I, several packs of batteries and two bottles of wine are headed down there at 6! We live right on the Hudson (and on the 17th floor), so the mayor called for apartments in our area to evacuate. We are so lucky that we’ll be all set with our friends (they are more central & have a generator)! The rest of our neighbors are headed to an evacuation center! Please pray everything’s in its place when we get back!!

Thanks, Matilda! We’re in Zone A, so we have a mandatory evacuation order. Thankfully, one of our best friends lives in Zone C and has a generator! So we are finishing up over here and headed to Soho in an hour or so! Thanks for thinking of us!
